What you will do
- Provide strategic financial input to executive leadership supporting the review of clinical services operations.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews of multi-million-dollar projects, including pro forma development, forecasting, expenditure audits, and validation of costing methodologies.
- Review program finances to identify inefficiencies, fiscal blind spots, and compliance risks.
- Evaluate administrative structures and support proposals for compliant administrative infrastructure.
- Recommend organizational and staffing changes to improve departmental resource management.
- Develop standardized budget monitoring procedures and actionable financial reports for departmental leaders and program directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten years of related finance or administration experience in a higher education setting.
- Ability to multitask, collaborate, and work with varied individuals and communities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- All positions are security-sensitive and require a criminal history investigation and credential verification.
Nice to have
- Five years of accounting and budget management experience.
- Experience with project management and pro forma budget creation.
- Supervisory or personnel management experience.
- Experience with FAMIS, Workday, Emburse, and other enterprise business management software.
