Salary: $425,000–$485,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, review medical histories, perform examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing inpatient care.
• Prescribe medications, administer therapies, and perform procedures within the area of expertise.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, pharmacists, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, prognoses, and self-care instructions to patients and families.
• Maintain complete medical records and participate in committees, case conferences, multidisciplinary rounds, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with successful completion of a residency program.
• Completion of a fellowship when appropriate for the medical specialty.
• Unrestricted medical licensure, hospital-approved credentials, clinical privileges, and DEA registration.
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty.
• Required practice-area certification, such as BLS, ACLS, ATLS, or PALS.
• Clinical competence, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality.
