Associate Project Delivery Manager (Clinical Research)

Salary: $64,200–$133,600 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Manage laboratory activities for assigned clinical trial projects and customer programs throughout the study lifecycle.
• Lead study setup, including protocol and budget reviews, kickoff meetings, project plans, milestones, and risk, issue, and action logs.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, study documentation, eTMF filing, reporting, database configuration, and closeout activities.
• Manage scope changes, budgets, service issues, quality concerns, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate communication and issue resolution across operational teams, sites, CRAs, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the laboratory at investigator and customer meetings, audits, inspections, bid defenses, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year in project management or project setup.
• Working knowledge of central laboratory operations, including kits and supplies, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, and site alerts.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and centralized laboratory systems.
• Strong interpersonal, customer management, organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English and the ability to lead cross-functional communication and resolve project-level issues.
