Picking Platform Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for platform picking.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve productivity, throughput, cost, and quality.
• Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ process-validation protocols.
• Monitor performance using statistical process control and analytical tools, troubleshoot deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance on product introductions and continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and prepare technical reports, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering.
• At least 3 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process simulation, and data analysis.
• Experience with SPC and design of experiments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work at the Cincinnati General Offices and meet United States work-authorization requirements.
