What you will do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMH-APRNs, therapists, and a behavioral health case manager.
- Share patient care within the behavioral health team.
- Collaboratively support a network of 19 primary care physician offices.
- Provide continuity of care through the integrated Epic electronic medical record.
Requirements
- Practice as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
- Work in the Manchester, New Hampshire location.
- Availability for a variable work shift.
