Product Management Specialist (Telecommunications)

Salary: $70,300–$108,200 annually

What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of customer-centric fiber and transport products and services.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap while aligning cross-functional priorities.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, including features, bugs, enablement work, and technical debt.
• Collaborate with operations, architecture, engineering, development, strategy, innovation, and go-to-market teams.
• Analyze market requirements, competitive positioning, product processes, and business drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• At least one year of hands-on product management experience across the full product lifecycle.
• At least one year of experience managing telecommunications, SaaS, or services products.
• Experience with Agile or Lean development methodology and product owner responsibilities.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Experience with customer-journey back-office applications, analytics platforms, or CRM systems.

Nice to have

• CPM, CSM, PMP, Agile Certified Product Manager or Product Owner certification.
• MBA.
• Salesforce experience.
