Location: On-site in Cartago, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Develop and implement training programs supporting Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Deliver technical training and support workforce development.
• Maintain training materials, certification processes, and development programs.
• Ensure training compliance and continuously improve training practices.
• Apply Lean learning principles and provide subject matter expertise in technical training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry function.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical training programs, training materials, certification processes, and development programs.
• High English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
• Experience in Operational Excellence (Opex).
