Focus on reviewing physician orders, monitoring medication therapies, guiding pharmacy technicians, and improving high-volume dispensing workflows.
Location: Onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM. Hours worked after 6:00 PM qualify for a shift differential.

What you will do
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and on time while following pharmacy regulations and company standards.
- Review physician orders, identify medication concerns, and apply clinical judgment to support safe patient outcomes.
- Oversee fulfillment operations for quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Monitor medication therapies and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Guide, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Identify workflow improvements and maintain a safe, clean, compliant pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing.
- At least one year of pharmacist experience in retail, specialty, mail order, hospital, or fulfillment pharmacy.
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and evaluate prescriptions.
- Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to patient care, quality, accuracy, and customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and peak-volume periods.
Nice to have
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
- Experience in fulfillment, specialty, mail order, or high-volume pharmacy environments.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or training pharmacy technicians and support staff.
