Location: Portland, Maine, United States. Outside sales role requiring driving, travel by car for 90% of each day, and on-site interaction with healthcare providers.
Compensation: $100,000 first-year guarantee, including a $75,000 minimum base salary, 100% commission/Spiffs eligibility, and bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Manage relationships and a book of business across doctors' offices, urgent care, dermatology, community health, and women's health accounts.
- Sell new business to existing customers, convert accounts to higher service levels, and support new account installations.
- Create demand for disposables, exam gloves, point-of-care tests, capital equipment, diagnostics, and other products.
- Build and maintain a sales territory while increasing revenue spend per account and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer status and strategy meetings to connect healthcare needs with product and service strategies.
- Coordinate sales forecasts, manage co-op accruals, set up new customers in systems, and develop new products to sell.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience, or at least 5 years of equivalent sales experience.
- Experience with cold calling, tangible product sales, sales growth, and quota attainment.
- Ability to identify, connect with, and close new business while building consensus across customer organizations.
- Ability to sell complex solutions and present multiple product lines to physicians, nurses, office managers, and purchasing staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and stable work-history credentials; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to drive, travel by car for 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on-site.
