Market Access, Strategic Team Lead, Early-Stage Assets (Health Economics)

Salary: CAD 124,000–212,750 base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead market access strategy teams for early-stage assets and manage the File and Launch process.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and leadership to support reimbursement and launch objectives.
• Lead evidence-generation processes, including health economic analyses, database analyses, outcomes research, resource-use surveys, and patient-preference studies.
• Represent Canadian Market Access in global new-asset planning and align national and regional reimbursement strategies.
• Lead advisory boards and research projects to test reimbursement strategies and messaging.
• Manage portfolio budgets, dashboards, resourcing, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, economics, or health service sciences.
• 5+ years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical or health-related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical lifecycle management, market access, reimbursement, health technology assessment, and health economics and outcomes research.
• Experience with budget impact analyses, data assessment, market dynamics, portfolio planning, negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the role may require up to 20% travel.
