Location: Miami, United States
Expected annual base salary: $135,000–$200,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Support compliance intake and diligence for direct and indirect investment opportunities across private commingled funds and accounts.
- Coordinate with external investment partners, BXMA investment teams, and other functions.
- Serve as a point of contact for potential investment targets and partners during investment diligence.
- Draft, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for new products and strategies.
- Perform trade compliance activities, maintain the restricted list, and support firm-wide conflict clearances.
- Manage and document confidential investment information flows under information wall policies and improve compliance workflows through AI and automation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience at an asset manager, hedge fund, investment adviser, or other financial services organization involved in private and open market trading.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, analytical ability, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects to completion, and collaborate effectively across legal, compliance, and investment teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot and responsible use of technology to improve compliance workflows, research, and documentation.
- Experience using automation tools to streamline processes, organize data, or improve reporting and monitoring.

- J.D. degree.
