I&E Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assist maintenance technicians with mechanical, electrical, civil, and general facility maintenance.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, utilities, office equipment, and infrastructure.
• Perform routine tasks such as lubrication, inspections, basic repairs, material handling, and work-area preparation.
• Support facility improvement and construction activities, including drain cleaning, concrete work, and partition installation.
• Assist with basic electrical work, including pulling wiring and equipment connections under supervision.
• Maintain tools and work areas while following safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment, including wrenches, pipe benders, and cutters.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of skilled maintenance personnel.
• Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and strong workplace safety awareness.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, and extended walking.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, maintenance, or food production environments.
• Technical training or coursework in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or industrial trades.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and facility support projects.
