Location: London, United Kingdom; office-based 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week

What you will do
- Execute emerging-market debt transactions using high-touch and low-touch methods across managed accounts.
- Trade hard-currency debt markets, including cash instruments and derivatives, with potential scope to support local debt markets.
- Apply best-execution, risk-management, regulatory, operational, liquidity, and investment-risk practices.
- Gather, analyze, and disseminate market, sector, and security information to identify actionable investment opportunities.
- Source trade interest, identify liquidity opportunities, and develop relationships with external trading counterparties.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, strategists, analysts, and global trading teams in Boston, London, and Hong Kong while improving trading efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant trading experience, ideally in emerging-markets debt.
- Experience trading cash and derivatives across a broad range of instruments.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, fiduciary judgment, and a risk-management mindset.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or CFA is viewed favorably.
