What you will do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care with a focus on advanced cardiac imaging and general cardiology.
- Perform and interpret multimodality imaging, including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and stress echocardiography.
- Collaborate with advanced heart failure, structural and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, and radiology teams.
- Assist with imaging protocols and participate in multidisciplinary cardiovascular conferences.
- Teach and mentor radiology residents, cardiology fellows, and advanced cardiac imaging fellows.
- Use advanced imaging technologies and support diagnostic and therapeutic innovations, including structural interventions.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Diseases.
- Level III training in cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and echocardiography; current or anticipated board certification is recommended.
- Experience with multimodality cardiac imaging, including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, transesophageal echocardiography, and stress echocardiography.
- Interest in general clinical cardiology, ambulatory practice, and inpatient attending service.
- Academic interest and experience are highly desirable, with substantial teaching opportunities.
