Mortgage Release Processor (Mortgage Operations)

Location: Onsite in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, United States. Primary office: 4140 East State Street, Hermitage, PA 16148. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, validate, and submit mortgage payoff, lien release, satisfaction, and reconveyance documentation.
• Audit loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records, archive release transactions, and support required retention practices.
• Coordinate with loan servicing, lending, mortgage operations, title companies, attorneys, and county recording offices.
• Process mortgage and UCC documentation, loan servicing activities, payoffs, postings, and system updates.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve documentation deficiencies, and support audits, workflow improvements, and departmental projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in mortgage servicing, loan operations, financial documentation, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use general office equipment, personal computers, job-related software, and mortgage servicing systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
