What you will do
- Define, implement, and maintain R&D strategies, guidelines, systems, and services.
- Align R&D budgets, monitor programs, and allocate resources across initiatives.

- Identify and consolidate R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans.
- Coordinate research, development, and pre-industrialization of products.
- Represent R&D expertise externally to customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge of function-specific methods, tools, and principles across a range of R&D subjects.
- Ability to analyze scientific subjects, technologies, and identified problems to create significant solutions or improvements.
- Experience contributing to research projects or programs and taking accountability for assigned project components.
- Ability to design and set up test or trial series, evaluate results, and lead assigned laboratory staff.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive research reports and provide recommendations to management or business operations.
