Location: Onsite in Hollis, New Hampshire, United States. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.
Salary: $19–21 per hour

What you will do
- Perform photolithography, etching, and electroless plating operations according to approved procedures.
- Prepare process chemicals, complete chemical changeovers, and follow PPE and safe-handling requirements.
- Operate manual and semi-automated wet-processing equipment.
- Inspect substrates using microscopes, critical-dimension measurements, tape testing, and XRF thickness measurements.
- Review drawings, routings, specifications, and work instructions before processing products.
- Document processing activities, measurements, inspection results, and quantities, and report out-of-specification conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work with process chemicals and wear required PPE.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, routings, specifications, and written procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, good visual acuity, and ability to perform precise repetitive and microscope-based work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person because the position involves access to ITAR- and/or EAR-controlled information.
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience.
- Technical training or college coursework.
- Experience with thin-film, semiconductor, electronics, plating, or chemical processing.
