Head of IT (Indonesia)

hirify.global is a multinational food company requiring IT leadership for its Indonesia and South East Asia business units.

What you will do

• Develop IT systems roadmaps aligned with business strategies, functional priorities, and Global IT direction.
• Partner with business unit management and process owners to identify needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Plan demand and coordinate the prioritization, scheduling, monitoring, and communication of IT projects.
• Manage strategic, multi-country IT programs in collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Oversee IT service delivery, post-implementation support, service-level agreements, and technology investment requests.
• Plan and control the country IT budget while managing, motivating, and directing the IT team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or Computer Science; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience managing IT planning and budgeting, systems development, infrastructure, vendor management, end-user service delivery, change management, and user engagement.
• Business acumen, strategic and operational leadership, knowledge of local and global IT markets, and experience in at least one technical domain.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and organizational levels; multicultural and multi-country team experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• PMP and/or ITIL certification.
• Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience managing multi-country teams.
