What you will do
- Answer calls about park information, employees, contractors, and guests.
- Disseminate park and emergency information to appropriate employees.
- Monitor park-wide emergency alarm systems and multiple radio frequencies.
- Respond to priority calls, including First Aid, and identify emergency situations.
- Communicate procedures through two-way radios, digital pagers, and telephones.
- Coordinate with the Security Management Team and provide administrative support.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in security or emergency dispatch.
- Able to complete CPR training and certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- One year of administrative or related experience.
- Valid state driver’s license.
