Salary: $19–$21 per hour

What you will do
- Verify etching equipment is operating properly before use.
- Prepare etching chemicals according to routings and manufacturing procedures, and perform chemical changeovers using appropriate PPE.
- Inspect photoresist quality and perform detailed touch-ups on small substrates using dispensers and microscopes.
- Perform wet etching using manual and automated methods.
- Measure critical dimensions with the Nikon microscope system and metal thickness with the Dektak system.
- Conduct tape tests, inspect etched substrates, and strip and verify complete removal of photoresist.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
- Ability to handle small and fragile substrates and perform inspections under a microscope.
- Good visual acuity and computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL Standards, and/or IPC specifications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident qualifying as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
