What you will do

• Support strategies and initiatives within the assigned team or organization.
• Help develop and implement new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Identify and help eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Participate in team projects and collaborate across the immediate work domain.
• Build the knowledge and skills required for the role while working under direct supervision.

Requirements

• Active undergraduate student in Chile, currently in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor's or university degree.
• Expected graduation between approximately 6 and 18 months after joining, and no earlier than December 2026.
• Relevant fields include civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or construction engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and interest in analytics, business insights, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Availability for a minimum six-month internship.
