What you will do
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
- Translate business problems into technical designs and validate implementation approaches with technical architects.
- Lead project modules and workstreams while participating in hands-on implementation.
- Support project delivery through planning, staffing, people management, and risk mitigation.
- Manage diverse project teams, distribute tasks, and mentor junior members.
- Guide deliverables including business cases, solution designs, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- At least 4 years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
- Ability to lead project teams, manage end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, algorithms, and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required; candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization in Japan.
