Island Landscape Technician OFI (Temporary) - Bahamas

Location: Disney’s private island in the Bahamas

What you will do

• Maintain island landscaping, trees, and plants through weeding, watering, trimming, pruning, and fertilization.
• Drive guest trams on designated call days.
• Operate mechanical equipment such as power trimmers, chainsaws, and tractors.
• Work independently and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Keep work areas, tools, and storerooms organized and complete daily checklists.
• Perform additional duties and safety responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or pest control.
• Ability to read and write.
• Supporting documentation confirming relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work and live on a private island in the Bahamas in a confined environment with strict rules and structured routines.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check and comply with required drug and alcohol testing.
