Associate Director, Global Market Access Analytics & RWE (Indirect Treatment Comparisons): Designing and delivering market access analytics and real-world evidence for payer and regulatory requirements, with an accent on indirect treatment comparisons, comparative effectiveness research, and advanced statistical methods. Focus on leading evidence-generation workstreams, developing HTA and payer submission analyses, and collaborating with market access, R&D, medical affairs, health economics, and epidemiology teams.
Location: Beerse, Belgium or Raritan, New Jersey, United States. Up to 10% travel may be required.
Base pay: €97,500.00–€167,785.00 annually, plus an annual bonus and location-dependent benefits.

What you will do
- Design and lead indirect treatment comparisons, including MAIC, STC, NMA, and ML-NMR analyses.
- Conduct observational studies and comparative effectiveness research using clinical, claims, electronic health record, registry, and literature review data.
- Develop evidence-generation workstreams, including systematic literature reviews, feasibility assessments, protocols, statistical analysis plans, and technical publications.
- Apply regression, mixed-effects, survival, propensity score, and non-parametric methods in line with study protocols.
- Provide statistical methodology and programming guidance to therapeutic area experts.
- Partner with market access, R&D, medical affairs, health economics, and epidemiology teams, as well as external research partners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in biostatistics, mathematics, computational sciences, economics, public health, health administration, operations research, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years with a doctoral degree, in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience with indirect treatment comparisons and comparative effectiveness research, preferably for HTA submissions and publications.
- Proficiency in statistical programming, including R and SAS.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
