Product Reporting Analyst (AI)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day working remotely each week

What you will do

• Own and maintain standard product and client materials.
• Produce recurring monthly and quarterly reports, customized client reporting, and client presentations.
• Peer review deliverables for accuracy, data reasonability, and quality.
• Partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies, the Client Group, and regional teams to understand investment approaches and reporting requirements.
• Cover primarily equity and fixed income products, with potential exposure to additional asset classes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, investment management, or client reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Capital markets, investment, and product knowledge.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines independently while collaborating effectively.
• Proficiency with internal and external systems, databases, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• CFA Level 2 candidate or qualification.
