What you will do
- Operate the Nursing Professional Development Department's learning management system by uploading content, assigning learning, and tracking performance.
- Plan and support the transition of paper-based nursing competencies to electronic eLearning content.
- Collect, organize, and disseminate patient experience data with clinical leadership.
- Improve nursing contact-hour record keeping and maintain related databases.
- Maintain intranet content for shared governance and patient care services.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, educational materials, demographic databases, and assigned process redesign projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with multiple database software products and report writing.
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet scheduled deadlines.
