Manufacturing Operator (Laser)

Location: Onsite in Hollis, New Hampshire, United States. The role is for the 1st shift.

What you will do

• Set up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot laser manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Load and unload substrates, inspect quantity and quality, and perform visual microscope inspections for 2–3 hours per day.
• Identify out-of-specification products, place them on hold, and perform 100% visual inspection before the next operation.
• Adjust machinery within process windows to produce quality parts and support yield and on-time delivery.
• Document production activities in the ERP system and quality databases.
• Maintain an orderly work area and cross-train in other manufacturing processes and cells as production demand requires.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings, instructions, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL Standards, and/or IPC specifications.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail orientation, self-motivation, critical thinking, personal ownership, and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Some college coursework.
