Salary: $110,000–$165,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain master data management policies, standards, governance frameworks, and quality practices.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure database structures for enterprise master data.
- Lead master data integration across disparate systems using ETL, APIs, message queues, and related technologies.
- Manage data changes from request through implementation and validation, while leading adoption and transition activities.
- Automate data ingestion, validation, enrichment, and distribution workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Advise business analysts, data architects, IT teams, and internal stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and delivering training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of progressive data management experience, including 3 or more years focused on master data management.
- Experience designing and managing master data solutions with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data architecture, data integration strategies, and data quality methodologies.
- Experience with change management in a data context and the ability to lead collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Cincinnati, Ohio-based office; immigration sponsorship is not available.

- Advanced degree or certification related to data management.
