What you will do
- Allocate shift operators, manpower, accessories, and production activities according to the production plan.
- Coordinate shift handovers and communicate critical manufacturing information to supervisors and subordinate staff.
- Manage tablet and capsule manufacturing processes including dispensing, granulation, mixing, compression, coating, and packing.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing records, in-process testing requirements, GMP standards, and quality procedures.
- Execute production planning, changeovers, SAP transactions, batch postings, and cross-functional coordination.
- Improve cycle time, yields, equipment utilization, productivity, safety, and cost of goods manufactured.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant production experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate education.
- Experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- English is required for written and verbal communication.
- Ability to support GMP, HSE, process validation, deviation, OOS/OOT, CAPA, audit, change control, and equipment qualification activities.
