Performance Fitter - Detroit, MI (Golf)

Location: Detroit, MI, United States; field-based role with frequent travel within the assigned territory

Salary: $16.50–$18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct hirify.global and Odyssey product fittings at customer-sponsored events.
• Create a positive consumer experience from event setup through completion.
• Set up and take down fitting displays, tents, carts, equipment, and marketing materials.
• Use launch monitors, Callaway fitting protocols, and the Odyssey Fits Tool.
• Explain product features, benefits, and personalized specifications to consumers.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent territory travel required.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge and golf club fitting experience.
• Experience using a launch monitor.
• One year of successful retail or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of the retail golf business and past Callaway products.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
