Capital manages approximately $65B across private credit, equity co-investments, and investment-grade privately placed debt, primarily for Life Insurance Company.
What you will do
- Analyze and evaluate private equity and private credit investments across multiple industries.
- Develop investment theses and perform detailed financial analysis and modeling.
- Write investment memoranda and present opportunities during investment committee discussions.
- Build relationships with senior executives, legal counsels, investment bankers, private equity sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Four-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field, with a record of academic excellence.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, or corporate development.
- Broad investment knowledge and an understanding of economic forces affecting diverse industries.
- Proficiency in accounting and strong computer modeling skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
