Software Development Engineer (DaaS Configurator) (Snowflake)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Availability to support EST business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), with occasional off-hours production support.

What you will do

• Configure and implement client data delivery solutions within the DaaS platform.
• Build and maintain data delivery workflows and database integrations.
• Translate business requirements, scope, timelines, and technical specifications into scalable configurations.
• Support client dataset deliveries and validate configurations against quality standards.
• Troubleshoot delivery and production issues and participate in peer reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development, data delivery, or configuration roles.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data delivery processes.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Redshift.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and SFTP.
• GCP experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data and hirify.global datasets.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
