Manufacturing Operator (Dice, Laser, Ultra Via)

Location: Hollis, New Hampshire, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR policy.

What you will do

• Set up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot equipment across the Dice, Laser, and UltraVia manufacturing areas.
• Operate an ADT dicing saw, CO2 laser machining center, and 2-axis robotic dispensing machine safely.
• Load and unload substrates, select and verify programs, and adjust machinery within approved process windows.
• Inspect substrates and finished parts visually, including microscope inspection for up to 2–3 hours per day.
• Identify and hold out-of-specification products, escalating issues to the appropriate team member.
• Document production activities in the ERP system and quality databases while maintaining an orderly work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail orientation, self-motivation, critical thinking, adaptability, and a team-oriented attitude.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required under ITAR policy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL standards, and/or IPC specifications.
• Some college coursework.
