Location: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, Virginia, United States; on-site role with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and 24/7 emergency callouts.
Pay range: $14–$19 per hour.

What you will do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test complex electronic and video surveillance equipment.
- Monitor gaming floors, parking areas, back-of-house spaces, outbuildings, and shops for suspicious activity and regulatory compliance.
- Assist local, state, and federal authorities with activities and investigations.
- Research equipment, make recommendations, and support procurement of technical investigative systems and replacement parts.
- Document service requests, equipment locations, repair times, parts used, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate technical services and respond to emergency equipment repairs across the property.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Two years of progressive experience in surveillance operations and prior gaming industry experience.
- Knowledge of 24/7 gaming operations, gaming scams, monitoring techniques, and suspicious activity detection.
- Ability to test and repair circuits and sensors, install security systems, route and terminate cables, and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Corrected 20/20 vision; must be at least 21 years old.
- Must obtain and maintain all required federal, state, and Virginia Lottery licenses and certifications; background check and drug screening required.
