What you will do

• Restore jewelry to its original condition through polishing, sizing, stone setting, and repair.
• Perform chain and clasp repairs, prong re-tipping, ring repairs, and platinum or channel rebuilds.
• Create stone mountings and custom jewelry pieces through fabrication, wax carving, and casting.
• Complete CAD/CAM design work according to the current skill level.
• Deliver customer-focused service while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bench jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test assessing the current jeweler skill level.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a customer-service mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with seasonal overtime required.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom jewelry design and creation.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, casting, fabrication, wax carving, or platinum rebuilds.
