Location: Box Elder Plant, United States; onsite role.
Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do
- Oversee data changes and establish standards for data quality, security, stewardship, and governance compliance.
- Set up and manage data pipelines, metadata, business glossaries, and access management.
- Translate data strategies into actionable plans using data management maturity frameworks.
- Implement data publication practices for the Core Data Lake and support data activation.
- Collaborate with development teams on ETL processes and with vendors on governance requirements in contracts.
- Assess data sufficiency and drive continuous improvement of data management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data governance or data management, particularly data quality.
- Strong business analysis skills and foundational knowledge of IT systems development.
- Leadership and communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- DAMA, TOGAF, or TDWI certification.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with retail store or merchandising data.
