What you will do
- Drive revenue, usage, and customer penetration targets for M-Pesa banking services.
- Develop and validate customer-focused value propositions for existing and new services.
- Monitor and test banking services to ensure reliability, availability, and uptime.
- Manage bank and external partner relationships, including issue escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate partner requests with internal Product, Technical, and support teams.
- Monitor service accounts and liquidity thresholds while identifying opportunities to expand the banking services portfolio.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile money, digital payments, banking services, and financial services operations.
- Experience managing external partners or financial institutions.
- Experience monitoring service performance and analysing business metrics.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or mobile financial services, preferably with M-Pesa, digital banking products, or payment platforms.
