Location: MFG- Tinton Falls, New Jersey, United States; onsite, 5:30pm–5:30am

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Oversee quality control functions and personnel at a designated distribution center.
• Manage product inspection, disposition, holds, and releases.
• Lead daily employee activities, assign work, monitor progress, review accuracy, and provide technical guidance.
• Manage performance, attendance, bonuses, employee reviews, and input into hiring and termination decisions.
• Prioritize schedules, arrange overtime, and coordinate with branch management.
• Train inspectors and support Quality, Regulatory, and Operations with compliance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of quality control or similar experience.
• Previous experience in a medical device and/or drug manufacturing setting.
• Intermediate understanding of FDA, QSR, and ISO 13485 guidelines, plus ANSI/ASQC Z1.4.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights and in hot or cold environments, and perform frequent bending and kneeling; occasional interstate travel is required.
