Senior Manager, Human Resources Asia

What you will do

• Streamline HR operations across multiple locations in Asia, including payroll, employee lifecycle processes, policies, standardization, and governance.
• Translate global HR strategies into regional initiatives and lead end-to-end execution across Asia.
• Develop and operationalize global and internal mobility frameworks for cross-border assignments, including tax, immigration, and labor compliance.
• Drive HR transformation, shared services optimization, process centralization, and service delivery improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and AI adoption initiatives to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Partner with HRIS, global HR teams, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve Workday utilization, HR digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and regional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional role.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in HR operations, process improvement, or HR transformation.
• Knowledge of Asia labor laws, HR practices, and cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives across multiple locations.
