Adjunct Faculty – Psychological Sciences (Psychology)

Location: Stephenville, Texas; teaching assignments may also be at the Fort Worth campus or through the online community.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver psychology lectures, seminars, and laboratory offerings for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Develop syllabi, select instructional materials, and design exams, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Engage students in active learning, critical thinking, discussion, collaboration, and hands-on activities.
• Provide office hours, academic guidance, feedback, and mentoring to students.
• Follow university policies, academic integrity standards, and accreditation requirements while using innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Earned master's degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to teach in person, through approved instructional modalities, or online as required by student demand.
• Ability to provide at least three current professional references and unofficial transcripts with the application.

Nice to have

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
• Previous online teaching experience at the collegiate level.
