Salary: $110,000–$220,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do
- Deliver platform capabilities, infrastructure, developer tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud-native systems using microservices, containers, and automation.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Build AI-driven applications by integrating ML components and automation features for transportation execution.
- Conduct system design reviews and translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant computer science or engineering field, or 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, infrastructure, tooling, and automation.
- Strong full-lifecycle software development experience, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience integrating AI/ML technologies and proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Ability to perform system design reviews and apply secure, maintainable, and modular software design patterns.
- Leadership, mentoring, debugging, requirements analysis, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, working with assistive technologies, and applying digital accessibility best practices.
