What you will do
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, converting opportunities into revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Address and resolve customer issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Monitor market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape in the power generation sector.
- Apply the company’s compliance and performance standards in all activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or another related Engineering field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with generators, machines, equipment, or automobiles.
- Proven sales track record and strong technical understanding of power generation equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills.
