Victim Notification Team Lead (FBI)

Location: Onsite in Washington, D.C., Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Eastern Time

Salary: USD $90,000–$98,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise victim notification analysts supporting the Child Exploitation Notification Program, Victim Outreach Support & Strategy Team, and Victim Notification System.
• Oversee victim contact information, case documentation, case-file validation, and verification across multiple case management systems.
• Coordinate daily scheduling, deadlines, resource allocation, attendance reporting, and alternate work schedule tasks.
• Perform quality assurance, report generation, VNS account creation, briefings, meetings, and training as directed.
• Train new analysts, update standard operating procedures, and work with customer program managers to improve efficiency.
• Manage other contractors on the contract, support interviews and hiring requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Current and active Top Secret clearance required; applicants must already hold the clearance. Clearance sponsorship, processing, reinstatement, and upgrades are not provided.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or four years of relevant professional experience substituted for education.
• At least four years of professional experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, presentation, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects under short deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including at least one year of professional Microsoft Excel experience with spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, worksheets, text-to-columns, concatenation, and basic formulas.
