Commercial Strategy Intern (Category Development): Creating performance tracking tools, analyzing category, shopper and consumer trends, and supporting innovation launches with an accent on data analysis, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on simplifying complex findings, presenting insights, and solving day-to-day commercial challenges across marketing, sales, finance, and procurement.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with 60% of the week in the office and 40% from home. EU working rights required.
Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours and 5 days per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses.

What you will do
- Report to the Trade Category Lead in the Taste Elevation & Meals team.
- Create and maintain performance tracking tools.
- Conduct deep dives into category, shopper, and consumer trends.
- Support innovation launches and related analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, procurement, and other commercial teams.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute to day-to-day business challenges.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
- Near the end of a bachelor’s degree or pursuing a master’s degree.
- EU working rights through EU citizenship or current studies in the Netherlands.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Interest or experience in data analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
