What you will do
- Establish priorities, goals, and objectives for district 4-H youth development programming with state and regional leadership.
- Support County Extension Agents in building club programs, planning activities, and expanding outreach to new audiences.
- Facilitate onboarding and deliver professional development for agents, club managers, volunteers, and youth.
- Plan and conduct educational programs, youth trainings, contests, and other 4-H activities.
- Maintain sponsor and community partnerships and support grant development for youth programs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze research and outcome data, and prepare regular impact reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to work in San Angelo, Texas.
