(USA) Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Location: Lancaster, Texas, United States; onsite at a fulfillment facility

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone compensation and stock.

What you will do

• Implement business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis, while maintaining facility quality and safety standards.
• Train associates on logistics policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotion activities.
• Build high-performing teams, promote integrity and inclusion, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternative qualification paths include one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required training and assessments.
• Experience with supervising associates and logistics operations.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
• Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
