Senior Service Operations Analyst (ITSM/AI): Coordinating Problem Management, root cause analysis, reporting, and Change Management activities to improve IT service reliability with an accent on operational visibility, corrective-action tracking, and release coordination. Focus on building dashboards, improving service processes through automation, and applying AI-assisted solutions to support efficient service operations.
Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; hybrid work format

What you will do
- Coordinate Problem Management activities, including problem records, action tracking, and closure.
- Schedule and support root cause analysis sessions and document outcomes and follow-ups.
- Monitor corrective actions, ownership, progress, and completion.
- Create dashboards and reports covering operational insights and trends.
- Support Change Management and coordinate change and release activities.
- Identify process improvements through automation, better tools, and AI-assisted solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT service operations, ITSM, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and/or Confluence.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
