Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid in Evanston, Illinois; South San Francisco, California; Thousand Oaks, California; New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Princeton, New Jersey. The role combines work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices, and client-facing work requires travel as needed.

Salary: $8,000–$8,000 per month.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to analyze dynamic business issues.
• Use data analytics and problem-solving techniques to guide client and project-team decisions.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate findings through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and serve as a point of contact for project activities.
• Create project deliverables, implement solutions, and mentor Associates on project teams.

Requirements

• Starting the second-to-last year of a doctorate degree, with the internship taking place during the summer before the final year.
• Doctoral studies in engineering, mathematics, or another heavily quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance and quantitative coursework.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-discipline, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability and motivation to work collaboratively in teams with a client-first and problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must already have US work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
