Investment Principal - Private Debt & Equity

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at a corporate location

hirify.global Capital invests in private credit, equity co-investments, and investment-grade privately placed debt, managing approximately $65B in assets under management primarily for The hirify.global Life Insurance Company.

What you will do

• Analyze, evaluate, and execute private equity and private credit investments.
• Develop investment theses and conduct industry and business due diligence.
• Review financial models and valuations, and structure investment securities.
• Author investment memoranda and lead investment committee discussions.
• Build relationships with senior executives, legal counsel, investment bankers, and private equity sponsors.
• Monitor and optimize portfolio performance while mentoring junior investment professionals.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or a related field.
• Broad investment knowledge and an understanding of economic forces affecting multiple industries.
• Proficiency in accounting and strong financial computer modeling skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
