What you will do

• Promote personal risk solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence and trusted advisors in the wealth management market.
• Attract qualified new clients and develop strategic sales plans for prospect identification and qualification.
• Design risk management and insurance programs for complex personal, professional, and business exposures.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analysis reviews and present customized proposals and insurance solutions.
• Drive profitable revenue growth and client retention in partnership with the client service team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-net-worth sales experience.
• Established network of centers of influence and a proven record of sales success.
• Current P&C license.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Conflict resolution, delegation, independent thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
